The Perseids is one the most popular meteor showers of the year.  According to NASA, the meteor shower's peak will be visible on the night of Saturday, August 11th. With limited light pollution and wide-open landscapes and skies, Hurricane Ridge is considered to be one of the top meteor shower viewing areas in the Pacific Northwest.
