Single Day Activities

Group Shuttles

  • 24 hours or more: 97%* refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Custom Shuttles

  • 1 week or more: 97%* refund

  • 24 hours or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Group Tours

  • 24 hours or more: 97%* refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Private Tours

  • 2 weeks or more: 97%* refund

  • 1 week or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 1 week: 0% refund

* 3% Non-Refundable Fee

Our tour software retains a 3% credit card processing fee for all cancelled transactions, which is non-refundable.

Multi-Day Activities

Guided Backpacking Trips & Multi-Day Private Tours

Refunds are issued based on the amount of notice provided by the client prior to the trip departure date.

  • 60 days or more: 90% refund

  • 30 days or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days: 0% refund
