Explore the most northwestern corner

The Cape Flattery region features two of the iconic gems of the Olympic Peninsula. The Cape Flattery Trail is a bucket list destination where a rustic boardwalk trail leads you to the most northwestern point in the contiguous United States. Shi Shi Beach is a top coastal day hike for those tidepooling at Point of the Arches during low tide and also serves as the northernmost trailhead for the Olympic Wilderness Coast for through-hikes to the Ozette Coast or even further to Rialto Beach. Please note that a Makah Recreation Permit is required.
